// Company

Sustainable power production

GREEN SOURCE is a Vienna-based company founded in 2006 which specializes in the development, implementation and operation of ground mounted photovoltaic projects in Central and Eastern Europe for private and institutional investors.

The company consists of a multidisciplinary team of bankers, consultants, project managers and engineers with extensive vertical intelligence and comprehensive experience in the Central and Eastern European markets. In addition, GREEN SOURCE can rely on a wide network of experienced partner companies. So far GREEN SOURCE has developed, built and sold 13 projects with a total of more than 132 MWp. With these projects GREEN SOURCE has become one of the leading photovoltaic developers in Europe.

// Investments

Investment into the future

GREEN SOURCE offers interested investors photovoltaic parks which are perfectly suited as a financial investment. The services provided include project development, financing and monitoring of the construction phases through to operation and maintenance of the connected plant. These management services, the high quality criteria and the quality tests of accredited external companies make the photovoltaic parks an uncomplicated and lucrative investment opportunity.

Expected Returns are between 10% and 20%, depending on the exit scenario and the terms of the bank loan component, so the profits are higher than with comparable investments. Photovoltaic investments originate from government issued feed-in-tariffs produced per kWh or comparable compensation schemes for renewables, which usually are guaranteed by law over a period of 15 to 20 years. Only if a project is eligible for such a compensation scheme, it will be offered as an investment. The plants can be held from 2 to 25 years and will generate positive cash flows from their first year of operation.

To meet the most sophisticated institutional requirements, GREEN SOURCE applies the highest international standards during all development phases.
