GREEN SOURCE is a Vienna-based company founded in 2006 which specializes in the development, implementation and operation of ground mounted photovoltaic projects in Central and Eastern Europe for private and institutional investors, and as an independent power producer.

The company consists of a multidisciplinary team of bankers, technical and legal experts, project managers and engineers with extensive vertical intelligence and comprehensive experience in the Central and Eastern European markets. Green Source develops the projects from scratch – financing, equity and debt side, monitoring of the construction phases through to operation and maintenance of the connected plants. In the course of this, GREEN SOURCE can rely on a wide network of experienced partner companies.  So far, GREEN SOURCE has developed and implemented 30 projects with a total capacity of more than 332 MWp and a total investment volume of over EUR 820 million in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Russia and Hungary.

As one of Eastern Europe’s leading project developers, we are committed to be part of the global effort to reduce greenhouse gas emission in order to preserve our environment for future generations. With this in mind, GREEN SOURCE plans to develop and realize projects with a total capacity of 1.5 GW within the next 4 years.
