Berndt Zinnöcker studied at the University of Vienna and at the École Supérieure de Commerce, Paris, and holds a PhD in economics. He is an Austrian tax advisor,  auditor and a partner of the international auditing and tax consulting firm BDO. In this capacity, he advises national and international clients on tax structuring issues. Berndt Zinnöcker has been a minority shareholder of GREEN SOURCE for several years and has been advising the company on all tax and accounting related issues since its foundation.
