Árpád Kovács holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pécs, Pollack Mihály Faculty of Engineering, where he specialized in Facility Electrification and Automation and graduated in 2015. He began his professional career at an electrical construction company, where he gained broad experience managing and executing electrical installations across diverse industrial sectors, including industrial plants, hospitals, water treatment facilities, and gas distribution sites. Since 2018, Árpád has dedicated his expertise to the renewable energy sector, with a primary focus on the construction, commissioning, the operation and maintenance of PV power plants.

He joined the Green Source HU team in 2023, where he is responsible for the reliable operation of the Hungarian PV plants. In this role, he oversees and coordinates the work of electrical maintenance and field service teams, ensuring high operational standards and maximum efficiency across all sites.
