WOLFGANG SCHULZ

He is a German lawyer by profession, shareholder and partner of GREEN SOURCE who joined the company when it was founded. He is responsible for the structuring of projects and the corresponding contracts. Wolfgang Schulz contributes 12 years of professional experience from various board positions at companies of different sizes and growth stages, including startups.

He has advised Parabel AG, a solar company in Berlin, in financing strategy and is a member of the supervisory board. In 2008 he successfully raised funds for the purchase and restructuring of the second largest cable television provider in Latvia. Previously, Wolfgang Schulz acted as executive vice president of TelDaFax and secured its IPO.

Richard Hamm, a founding investor and board member of GREEN SOURCE, has been involved in every aspect of the financial business for the last 32 years. Today, he is managing partner of Bristol Gate Capital Partners, a registered Investment Counselor which concentrates its direct investment portfolios on income growth securities.

Richard Hamm is co-founder of Retail Plaza Corp. Properties Ltd., which is a real estate development company concentrating its activities in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

WILLARD J. L’HEUREUX

The founding investor and Chairman of GREEN SOURCE is a Canadian lawyer by profession. He is an experienced investor in early-stage companies in Canada and Europe, and previously has been a director of numerous boards of NYSE-listed companies.

Willard L’Heureux also was president and CEO of Trizec Corporation of Calgary and president of Hees International Corp. of Toronto. A long-time community supporter, he is a former chairman of Special Olympics Canada and governor of the University of Toronto.

GEZA TATRALLYAY

Geza Tatrallyay, a founding investor and board member of GREEN SOURCE, spent his first years working at the Department of Finance in Ottawa. He worked in various corporate and investment, banking and strategy positions, and finally as senior vice president in risk management for the EMEA area at the Royal Bank of Canada. Geza Tatrallyay also served as a partner at MAVA Investment Management in Budapest, a USD 110 million private equity fund.

He was a founding shareholder and board member of Vertis Environmental Finance in Budapest, a company focusing on emissions trading, brokerage and related advisory work. Geza Tatrallyay is an advisor to Venture Capital Cycle Management.
